If you have Health Insurance, before you can book an appointment we will need a letter from your GP and authorisation from your insurer.
For self-pay patients, we take upfront payment for our services to ensure a hassle-free and efficient process for both the patient and the medical team. By taking upfront payment, we eliminate the need for patients to worry about payment after their appointment or procedure, allowing them to focus solely on their health and recovery. Additionally, upfront payment helps us to maintain our strict standards of quality care and exceptional service by reducing administrative burdens and ensuring that our resources are dedicated solely to patient care.
If you have any questions or concerns about upfront payment or if you require more flexibility, please do not hesitate to contact us to see what alternative arrangements can be made.
On confirming your appointment we will ask you for a GP referral letter. For insured patients, a GP referral is usually necessary for your insurance company to authorise your appointment.
For self-pay patients, you do not need a GP letter to book an appointment.
If you have any further questions about the need for a GP letter or any other concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
