  • How can I make an appointment?
    You can make an appointment either by booking online by clicking on the "Book Your Appointment Online Today" tab at the bottom of the page. Once you have booked your slot, you will be contacted by a member of the team to confirm the booking and to take payment. Alternatively you can call us, email us, or submit a contact form. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, usually within a few hours if it's a working day. Please note if you call us and we don't answer, please leave a message and we will call you back.
  • What if I can't find an appointment at a suitable time?
    Ms Anastasiadis has other availability during the week depending on her schedule and on an ad hoc basis. Please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
  • What if I need an appointment at short notice?
    Please call us if you need an appointment at short notice and we will try our best to accommodate you. Ms Anastasiadis understands that sometimes certain symptoms can be distressing and for this reason ad hoc appointments can be arranged to accommodate you at short notice.
  • What Insurance cover do you accept?
    Ms Anastasiadis is recognised by the following insurers: WPA Cigna Allianz AXA Healix Aviva Bupa Aetna Vitality Health If you have Health Insurance, before you can book an appointment we will need a letter from your GP and authorisation from your insurer.
  • Why do you take upfront payments?
    For self-pay patients, we take upfront payment for our services to ensure a hassle-free and efficient process for both the patient and the medical team. By taking upfront payment, we eliminate the need for patients to worry about payment after their appointment or procedure, allowing them to focus solely on their health and recovery. Additionally, upfront payment helps us to maintain our strict standards of quality care and exceptional service by reducing administrative burdens and ensuring that our resources are dedicated solely to patient care. If you have any questions or concerns about upfront payment or if you require more flexibility, please do not hesitate to contact us to see what alternative arrangements can be made.
  • Why do I need a GP letter? Can I book an appointment without a GP letter?
    On confirming your appointment we will ask you for a GP referral letter. For insured patients, a GP referral is usually necessary for your insurance company to authorise your appointment. For self-pay patients, you do not need a GP letter to book an appointment. If you have any further questions about the need for a GP letter or any other concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • What urological symptoms/ conditions can Ms Anastasiadis manage?
    Ms Anastasiadis has been comprehensively trained in all core urological diagnostics, surgeries/ procedures and treatments. These days, due to the advancement in medical care, many urologists have "specialist interests" which allow them to have more experience and enhanced skills in certain conditions and treatments. Ms Anastasiadis will always be clear and transparent about her capabilities, and if necessary will make an onward referral to other specialists if it is in the best interest of the patient. In her current NHS work, Ms Anastasiadis regularly undertakes "core" urological clinics and surgeries/ procedures. Core areas of urology include: Urinary tract infections in men and women, including recurrent infections Kidney stones - including uncomplicated stone surgery (ureteroscopy and laser) Problems with passing urine in men and women Incontinence Prostate problems, including counselling on PSA testing Prostate surgery for benign prostate disease (minimally invasive TURP) Blood in urine Penis and scrotal conditions including tight foreskin (phimosis), other foreskin conditions, hydrocele, lumps in testicles, skin lesions in these areas Vasectomy Male fertility Difficulties in erections/ ejaculation, including blood And other conditions...   • What are Ms Anastasiadis specialist interest?
    Ms Anastasiadis has a specialist interest in Andrology and Men's Health. She is the Andrology lead consultant and Croydon University Hospital and is part of the network of Andrologists in the South West London region. This means that she has been intricately involved in the running and setting up of these services at the Hospital, ensuring specialised expert care is provided for patients at their local hospital, without the need to travel to tertiary centres in London. As such, she sees many patients with a multitude of Andrological conditions and has specialist training in dealing with complex cases. In addition, she has published multiple peer-reviewed articles on conditions such as Peyronie's disease, penile cancer/ penile lesions, reconstructive surgery, and Erectile dysfunction amongst others. Ms Anastasiadis also runs specialised male infertility clinics and chronic pelvic pain/ chronic prostatitis clinic offering gold standard diagnostics and treatment for these conditions.
